The use of AWS is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable possible display of our website. No cookies are set by the hosting itself.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with AWS. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that AWS processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. Third-Party Services and Processors

HubSpot

The provider is HubSpot Ireland Limited, 1 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter HubSpot). Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre. We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management system and for two things on this website.

Demo booking. The "Book a demo" page embeds the HubSpot Meetings scheduler in an iframe. When you open it, HubSpot receives your IP address and the technical data your browser transmits, and it sets cookies in order to display the available times and record the appointment. If you book an appointment, the name, email address and any other details you enter are transmitted to HubSpot and stored in our CRM. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, because arranging a demonstration is a service you have explicitly requested and pre-contractual measure you have asked for. The scheduler is therefore loaded regardless of your cookie choice; it is not loaded until you open the booking dialog.

Analysis and marketing. Separately, the HubSpot tracking script may record your visit and connect it to an existing contact record, using cookies. It is loaded through our tag manager only after you have consented, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDG. You can revoke that consent at any time with effect for the future.

Details can be found in HubSpot's privacy policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. Transfers to HubSpot, Inc. in the USA are based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses, and HubSpot, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Tag Manager

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter Google). Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to manage other tracking and analysis tools on this website. It does not itself create a user profile, set cookies, or carry out any analysis. It records your IP address, which may also be transmitted to Google's parent company in the USA.

Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the fast and uncomplicated integration and administration of the tools we use on this website. Any tool it loads that stores or reads information on your device is loaded only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDG), which you can revoke at any time; until you give it, those tools run in a restricted mode that stores nothing on your device.

Details can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Web3Forms

The provider is Web3Forms (Anonymous Labs), which operates the service at https://web3forms.com. Enquiries you send us through a contact form on this website are submitted to Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email.

The data transmitted are the name, email address and message you enter, together with the technical data your browser sends with the request, including your IP address. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf and does not use the data for its own purposes. No cookies are set by the form.

The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Cookies

Our websites use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are either temporarily stored for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain on your end device until you delete them yourself or until your web browser automatically deletes them.

Cookies can come from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services from third-party companies within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).
