Our full company details are in the imprint. How we process personal data in general, and the rights you have, is described in our privacy policy.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads again on later page views. Similar technologies do the same job with other storage in your browser, such as session storage, or by loading a script or image that sends information about your visit to its provider. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

3. Your Consent

Until you make a choice in our cookie banner, no cookies are set except those that are strictly necessary. The analytics and advertising tools listed below are blocked until you consent to their category.

In the banner you can accept all categories, reject all of them, or choose individually. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, through , which is also at the bottom of every page.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. When you withdraw consent for a category, the banner deletes that category's cookies stored under calltime.co. Cookies that a provider stores under its own domain, such as TikTok's _ttp on tiktok.com, and entries in your browser's local storage, such as _gcl_ls, can only be deleted in your browser settings.

Storing information on your device, or reading it from there, requires your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Where the tools listed below process personal data on the basis of your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

4. Categories and the Cookies in Each

The durations below are the longest a cookie is kept. Several are renewed on each visit, and browsers may shorten them; Chrome, for example, keeps no cookie longer than 400 days.

Necessary

Required for the website to work as you asked. These cannot be switched off in the banner.

Analytics

Set only with your consent. They tell us how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them and whether they open the demo scheduler.

Set only with your consent. The TikTok cookies let us measure whether our advertising on TikTok leads to visits and demo bookings. The Google cookies are set by our Google Analytics tag, which is linked to our Google Ads account, and only when you arrive from a Google ad.

With the same consent, the TikTok Pixel also keeps a session ID and its own counters in your browser's session storage (tt_sessionId, tt_pixel_session_index, tt_appInfo and, after a TikTok ad click, tt_adInfo). Session storage is emptied when you close the tab.

Also with the same consent, our Google Analytics tag keeps the gclid of a Google ad in your browser's local storage (_gcl_ls), with an expiry of 90 days; local storage is not emptied when you close the browser. The tag also sends your visit to Google's advertising servers (stats.g.doubleclick.net, and the Google domain for your country, such as www.google.de), where Google can read the advertising cookies it has already stored in your browser under its own domains. Google uses them to show our ads to the visitors in our Google Ads audiences; see "Google Analytics 4" in our privacy policy.

5. Demo Booking with HubSpot Meetings

The "Book a demo" page loads HubSpot's scheduler from meetings-eu1.hubspot.com as soon as you open it. On the home page it loads only once you click "Book a demo", which opens a booking dialog. The scheduler loads regardless of your cookie choice, because it is the only way to book the demo you have asked for; the legal basis is explained under "HubSpot" in our privacy policy.

When the scheduler loads, it sets the following, under HubSpot's domains rather than calltime.co:

6. Transfers to Third Countries

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area:

  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and its link with Google Ads): data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Where the framework does not apply, Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR).
  • HubSpot: our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre. Transfers to HubSpot, Inc. in the USA are covered by its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses in HubSpot's data processing agreement.
  • TikTok: TikTok stores data on servers in the USA, Malaysia and Singapore, and allows remote access from other countries, including China, on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR). TikTok is not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • CookieYes: CookieYes Limited is based in the United Kingdom, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Consent records are stored with Amazon Web Services in Ireland.
  • Cloudflare (the __cf_bm cookie): Cloudflare, Inc., USA, delivers HubSpot's files as one of HubSpot's sub-processors, under HubSpot's data processing agreement. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Details for each provider, including retention, are in our privacy policy.

7. Cookies and Your Browser

You can also view and delete cookies in your browser settings, and block them altogether. If you block necessary cookies, the cookie banner cannot remember your choice and will ask again on every page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy whenever the cookies on this website change. The version and effective date at the top show which version you are reading.
